We're a small community based on Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We have a ranking system, but it doesn't matter.

That's right, the rankings are like the Wii Remote Jacket: nobody cares.

If you're seeing this, that means you're a guest, which means you either haven't signed up or you haven't signed in. Unfortunately, we've had to disable guest posting, so if you want to contribute to our community, you'll need to have an account. If you make a new account with us, you'll be limited to posting in the Beginners forum. We look forward to brawling with you!

Well, I would like to... y'know, get a PSP. As some of you might know, I have an uncle who works in the gaming industry (that's how I got into E3, remember?), so I am seeing if I can get a deal or something. Even if I can't, I may still get one in the near future.

What I was wondering is, for those with experience, what are some good games the system has? I have some ideas already (and unlike the consoles, the PSP and DS have virtually NONE of the same games, which is one of the reasons why I am considering getting one), but some suggestions would be nice. I don't want to get a system for only two or three games, after all!

Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core
Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology
Daxter

....

All I can think of at the moment, without delving into hacked PSPs. >_>

Oh, I'm definitely getting Prinny and Crisis Core. I've always wanted to play one of the FFVII Compilation games, and I need to get the Prinnies, dood! And of course, I'm getting Dissidia when it comes out (I need to beat up all the heroes and villains with Bartz, after all!). I also am considering one or both of the Star Ocean remakes, and perhaps the FFT remake.

My Uncle will probably give me either Daxter or one of the Ratchet & Clank games with the PSP (since that's what he usually gets me). ANd if I can find Tales of the World, I'll get it.

Okay, there ARE enough games, that's for sure.

This.

Although, if you have played the original one, don't get your hopes up. It's more or less the same, but there are cutscenes (good) and the text is edited (horrible!). Now they say the same thing, but in older English, with "thou" and "thy" and all that. And it is painful to read. But the gameplay is the same, so it's still really good.

For the record, I did get FFT: WotL. And I haven't played the original, so no problems there. I haven't gotten that far in it (I have like 10 other games, after all, and Dissidia is coming out shortly)

Birth by Sleep needs a release date. >.<

It's probably the last game I'll buy for my PSP. Maybe Disgaea 2, if I ever finish the first one.
