| We're a small community based on Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We have a ranking system, but it doesn't matter. That's right, the rankings are like the Wii Remote Jacket: nobody cares. If you're seeing this, that means you're a guest, which means you either haven't signed up or you haven't signed in. Unfortunately, we've had to disable guest posting, so if you want to contribute to our community, you'll need to have an account. If you make a new account with us, you'll be limited to posting in the Beginners forum. Once you make just one post there, you'll become a full-fledged member, and you can post wherever (and almost whatever) you want. We look forward to brawling with you! Date: July 4, 2009 (negotiable) Time: 6 PM Central (also negotiable) Prize: A warm, fuzzy feeling. Called patriotism. AllisBrawl Page Like freedom fries, but with less sodium. Just as stupid, though. Special Rules What would a theme tournament be without some items? All of the following items must be on in every match, but you and your opponent decide the frequency -- you get to decide how wild your party is. ("None" is not an allowed frequency, obviously.) Food Containers Cracker Launcher Hothead Smoke Ball All other rules are to be decided as usual. Since there's no prize, format will be single-elimination. Due to the uneven number of entrants, I had to assign byes every round. I believe I've worked it out such that, barring disqualifications, both finalists will have played two matches. Bracket Round One A: Canadian - Bye B: avernales12 vs. Valdens C: Doob Zurz vs. Memento Mori D: Berserker Swordsman vs. Ezekiel E: Adrostos vs. Jin Round Two F: Canadian - bye because he has no opponent >_> G: Memento Mori - Bye H: Berserker Swordsman vs. Jin Round Three I: Canadian vs. Memento Mori J: Berskerer Swordsman - Bye Finals Canadian vs. Berserker Swordsman Edited by Memento Mori, Jul 4 2009, 07:08 PM.

What's this, now? Last time I checked, the day of patriotism was July 1! ... oh, you silly Americans... Anyways, even though this technically isn't my national holiday, I'll sign up. |

Hey... Um... I won't be able to participate. My new TV is not letting my Wii be in-sync for some reason. It's got like, a full second delay between button presses and on-screen reactions. |

Okay Adrostos, I'm here for whenever you're ready. Obviously using the rules posted is fine with me, say 3 stock best of 3? Choice of stages we could do counterpicking or just do random neutral stages, I'll let you decide. |

Why, how nice! Thank you, Vyse. For the record, my chat won't work, so I'll have to talk here, not there. |

I changed Party Ball to all containers in the required items because I always forget that the Party Ball isn't a separate item anymore. |

Bracket updated with DQs. Sigh... that's disappointing. Valdens is the president of AiB; I was looking forward to a chance to play him. Well, SD, do you have any preferred rules? |

Well... Items on Mid, and either best of 3 on 4 stock, or one match on 7. Any stage is fine. |

Actually, Doob just showed up in the IRC. Since this tournament is just for fun... Do you object to letting him be five minutes late? |

Well, now I'm the winner, it seems, though Doob would have won if not for some pretty nasty luck. I'll agree to your rules, SD, with the best of 3. |
