I have a long way to go.

We're a small community based on Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We have a ranking system, but it doesn't matter.

That's right, the rankings are like the Wii Remote Jacket: nobody cares.

If you're seeing this, that means you're a guest, which means you either haven't signed up or you haven't signed in. It was rather depressing. I lost every single time. I won or came close to winning a majority of the friendlies I played, but I got smashed (lolpun) during the actual tournament. I'm fairly certain that the matches were being recorded, too. When they're up on Youtube, I'll link them here so you can all watch me fail to win even a single match, let alone a set.

I you really want to kill a MK, use Olimar or Luigi.

Donkey Kong and Snake are generally regarded to be the best counters for him, though. As for Olimar, the nature of his recovery makes it way too easy for MK to gimp him -- easier than usual, that is. I'm curious about why you named Luigi, though. As for the name of the tournament... It wasn't anything big. Local. But after not having any solid competition for a couple of months, I just wasn't able to keep up.

Luigi's high priority areals can beat those of MK and his recover is just too good.

I used Jiggly against Jin's MK and I came pretty close to winning. Pretty much all you need to do to beat a MK is to be able to beat him in the air.

In fact, he really doesn't even have anybody who goes 50:50 with him, cept, well, himself. Rumors been spreading that Yoshi's good against him, which wouldn't surprise me though, Yoshi's really good against a lot of the high tier characters. Anyway... Jiggly isn't a good counter, sadly, I just suck at MK, which brings up the question "why main him" my answer: "dunno, I don't anymore."

MK has no "hard" counters as of right now. I haven't heard anything about the ban on GameFAQs in a while, though. I wonder if it went through... Edit: Can't believe I didn't notice this before. Ender Luigi's high priority areals can beat those of MK and his recover is just too good. There's no such thing as priority when it comes to aerials; there is only range (unless an aerial collides with a ground attack). MK's aerials definitely outrange Luigi's.
