The bosses are outright stupid. Stupidly easy or stupidly hard, depends on the boss. I'm on Quarantine now. I just fought the seventh Phase. Now, Cursed Death Play, an auto-kill attack, is powerful and he likes to use it. A lot and often. But overall, you can cope with it. No, the problem came when I Data Drained it, then went in to try getting a few Skill Drain hits. It cast PhiAni Zot. And my entire party instantly went from full HP to zero HP. And that's not even the final boss. Seriously, how does that even happen? |

lol, it's all about magic defense, dude. If you have an entire party of frontliners, any Phase can take you out easily. Wiseman ftw. |

I usually bring Moonstone and Natsume... worked well enough for Macha, but Macha was kind of incompetent, otherwise Suspicious Seduction would end the battle... anyway, my point is I'm not used to taking Wavemasters, so when BlackRose forces her way into my party I usually take Balmung. I'll use Wiseman next time, thanks. |

Also, if you ever do find yourself attached to a certain Wavemaster, I'd use my Golden Grunties on them. While their M. Def. is usually enough to keep them alive from spells like that, the more HP they have, the better their chances to survive follow-up hits. And SP recovery equipment is your friend. |

Er, you mean items, like Mage's Souls? Got plenty of those... and I always keep Rig Geam handy. |

Those are good, but I meant things like armor and boots. SP-stealing weapons rock too, but I prefer to have my weapons steal HP. Basically, the easiest way to win any battle IMO is HP Drain weapons, and auto SP restoring armor/boots. Especially against Phases, because you'll want to hit with normal attacks more often than Skills, since they move around a lot. |

I don't know of any armor that automatically restores SP... unless you mean Skill Drain, in which case all I can think of is Drain Gloves. |

...I hate Virus Cores. The whole system is just irritating. Especially since I have to Gate Hack every damn area. |

At least the programmers had a sense of mercy. If it was me, and I was trying to be heinous about it, I'd put in a level 90 dungeon with 10 floors. Then I'd fill it with Data Bugs. And just for good measure I'd make the players fight Cubia at the end. But of course, that's if someone wanted to torture players until they snapped. *plays through Delta Reincarnated Purgatorial Altar* *twitch* |
