Favourite Taunts & Victory Poses

We're a small community based on Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We have a ranking system, but it doesn't matter.

That's right, the rankings are like the Wii Remote Jacket: nobody cares.

If you're seeing this, that means you're a guest, which means you either haven't signed up or you haven't signed in. Unfortunately, we've had to disable guest posting, so if you want to contribute to our community, you'll need to have an account. If you make a new account with us, you'll be limited to posting in the Beginners forum. Once you make just one post there, you'll become a full-fledged member, and you can post wherever (and almost whatever) you want.

Forget the Smashes, the Specials, the grabs, the Final Smashes.... for a character to truly be good, they need to taunt well! I decided to make three separate things into one topic, since they're all related... Basically, I want to know... - Your favourite taunts for your characters. - Your favourite victory poses. - Your favourite 'non-taunts'; in other words, moves that aren't actually taunts, but you like to use as taunts. For me... Squirtle Taunt: Up Taunt, backflip & 'Squirtle, Squirtle!' Victory Pose: PT hugging Squirts Non-Taunts: Dashing back and forth (Squirtle has the best pivot in the game) Crawling, spamming Up Tilt Ivysaur Taunt: Down Taunt, vines & 'Ivy, Ivy!' Victory Pose: PT gives Ivy a pat on the back. Non-Taunts: Crawling, Hanging off ledges with Vine Whip Charizard Taunt: Down Taunt, Stomp and roar Victory Pose: PT puts his arm on Charz's neck (see the pattern for the trio?) Non-Taunts: Rock Smashing when nowhere near the opponent Ike Taunt: Down Taunt, sticking the sword in the ground Victory Pose: Well, I like all three, but if I have to choose, I guess 'I fight for my friends'. Ness Taunt: All three; I like to use them based on how I KO'd my opponent. If I have to choose, Side Taunt (the bat) Victory Pose: The Bat Non-Taunts: Down Smash, tap PK Flash Toon Link Taunt: Up Taunt, the Wind Waker Victory Pose: The Wind Waker (but the pigs are good too) Luigi Taunt: Up Taunt, the poses Victory Pose: 'Bang, Bang!' Non-Taunts: Crawling, Dash attack away from the opponent, using Green Missile misfire into a wall to get Luigi's head stuck (a bit hard to pull off, but really funny) Ice Climbers Taunt: Up Taunt, putting down the hammer and jumping. Also, even more so, getting the duo out of sync and getting them to do different taunts. Victory Pose: The one where one IC is behind the other and looks over the shoulder. Non-Taunts: Getting Nana away from Popo and making her copy Popo's moves That's all for now...

Also when you make Kirby squat down to the ground and up...and the sound that it makes while doing it. It just pisses people off so much (including me) if done against them! haha

Victory: YOU'LL GET NO SYMPATHY FROM ME. Non-Taunt: Dash->Spin around->Backflip and Short-hop backflip->Normal Jump Backflip->Backflip and double jump Backflip (To taunt Mario users cuz it looks like Mario's Jump combo in 64/Galaxy but with backflips) Mario Taunt: Side Victory: The one where he winds up his fist and then punches forward. Non-Taunt: Spraying FLUDD up and down repeatedly Wolf Taunt: Up (ARROOOOOOO!) Victory: "Play time's over, Star Fox!" Non-Taunt: Doing the reflector over and over again, cuz it looks like Wolf is dancing XD Sonic Taunt: Down->Up (Come on, step it up! pose) Victory: Sonic's the name, speed's my game! Non-Taunt: Running back and forth past someone. Squirtle Taunt: Side (SQUIRTLE!) Victory: Never really pay attention to these... Non-Taunt: Changing Pokemon repeatedly (AMAZING JOB! JUST A LITTLE MORE, CHARIZARD! GET BACK! GO, SQUIRTLE! AMAZING JOB! HANG IN THERE, IVYSAUR!) Ivysaur Taunt: The one where he dances on his front legs and goes "Saur, saur! Ivysaur!" Victory: That one where it looks like he's trying to eat PT XD Non-Taunt: See Squirtle. Charizard Taunt: Up/Down Victory: Meh. I suppose the one where Charizard's kinda pumping his fist...I think that's one of them....Again, I don't really pay attention to these... Non-Taunt: You know. Kirby Taunt: Side (That little sound he makes after he spins is SO CUTE! <3) Victory: The dance of justice. Non-Taunt: Inhaling for no reason. Lucario Taunt: Up Victory: The one where he kinda imitates his Side taunt and pushes one of his fists forward. Non-Taunt: Keeping a charged Aura Sphere charging.

Victory pose: Victory dance Non-Taunt: squat down repeatedly Sonic Taunt: YOU'RE TOO SLOOOW! Victory pose: Sonic's the name, speed's my game! Non-Taunt: down-smash, or up-B, then midair down-A onto the spring repeatedly. Yoshi Taunt: Yoshi Yoshi! Non-Taunt: midair down-A (flutter kick)
