Dragged here by 47D. So... A bit of my smash history. Mains SSB 64: Ness SSBM: Falco SSBB: Wario -> Falco -> Luigi Never really got into wavedashing and the like for Melee... I could, well... before the years of abuse my gamecube controls took from a combination of smash and monkeyball. I'd say I'm a pretty good player, at best... 5 stocking an opponent. At worst... being a death or less behind. Prefer free-for-all or one-on-one, not too big a fan of team matches (just king of hard to organize a fair team match). And awaiting a wii Action Replay / Gameshark. --- Even though that signifies the end of legitimate random online play. Aside from that... as anyone would be quick to mention about me... I'm obsessed with... Bob-ombs Click!  Catgirls Click!  and Raccoons (see avatar) And in adition to gaming my hobbies are drawing and 3D animation. 3D Animation sample "Shadow Kirby" (about a year old now, got one... Thanks everyone! Can't wait to challenge someone. And... fixed up post, had wii code but not brawl. Also... probably won't play except on friday / weekends. Aside from right now... got classes other days and spend the day on crappy dorm internet. And put up some sigs for now... need to create a new one... been a while. |

I admit it was a great match, but 15 minutes for a 5 stock is nothing. Back in melee my friend and I always had insanely long matches. One day, the setup was... Mode: Lightning Stock: 10 Items: None Stage: Final Destination Players: Falco (Me), Shiek (Friend), Fox (Friend's brother) Ended up eliminating Fox early on... he was a bit of a copycat player back then and pretty much mimicked me perfectly (which was his downfall do to the slight differences in character...) leaving my friend and me. Went to opposite sides of the field, even in lives and close in health... and prepared for a few seconds (did this after each life, thought it to be more interesting :P) Both of us tried to fake the other out... me with a single laser shot, him with a quick dash and charged needles... Attack after attack dodged and countered. The attacks that did hit were, more often than not, canceled out. Eventually the damages did graze the 200% mark, each recovery being closure to failure than the last. Kept on untill both of us were on our last lives, with ever graying damage. The final attacks... a volley ball spike from Shiek into an aerial kick from Falco. Shiek soaring off the top of the screen and Falco bouncing off the edge of FD, just barely avoiding the right hand boundary. My win by just about a second. The match had went on for well over an hour after Fox died. x.x --- Although the story gets told in a more interesting way each time... that is pretty close to the facts and the real time. We knew each others moves too damn well. Good thing Brawl is keeping things interesting for us, who'd expect me to turn Wario and him to switch to Toon Link? And thanks for the warm greetings.
