Dedede is beyond awesome. Seriously, he's probably my second favorite character to use, only losing to Marth. His FS is a little useless in 1-on-1, though. |

His theme alone was worth bringing him into the game. I love all the references to his Kirby series battles, from the trip, to his jump attack, to the inhale move. |

His recovery is insane. :/ Probably one of the better heavyweights, but I don't think hes better than Ike. |

I'd like his recovery better if it was a little easier to move horizontally :/ Seriously, in Kirby's Adventure, he could easily move across the screen. Anyway, Dedede + Golden Hammer =  Seriously, best hammer animation ever. And yeah, I love his battle references. I mean, seeing the trip in 3D was epic. |

I love playing as Trip D...he's the most fun, for me, to play as. Course, every time I play as him, Vyse shuts me down... But I don't care. I'd prefer to play as him over Wolf and Lucario....I'm just better with Wolf and Lucario....which is a shame. |

Same for me. I love using Dedede, but I'm definitely better with my other mains than I am with him. Which is odd, because I practice with Dedede constantly and don't use Mario or Kirby a whole lot in comparison. |

Well, I've been playing as Dedede a lot recently, and I must say he's quite the awesome character once you get his timing down. His forward smash can either be an awesome surprise attack or a killer meteor smash. Not to mention:

I used to be terrible with Triple D, but now that I've taken some time to get to learn his moves, I quite like him. I might add him to my secondary mains. One thing that gave me trouble for a long time was Super Dedede Jump, but I think I've gotten the hang of it. |
