Sonic

We're a small community based on Super Smash Bros. Brawl. We have a ranking system, but it doesn't matter.

That's right, the rankings are like the Wii Remote Jacket: nobody cares.

If you're seeing this, that means you're a guest, which means you either haven't signed up or you haven't signed in. Unfortunately, we've had to disable guest posting, so if you want to contribute to our community, you'll need to have an account. If you make a new account with us, you'll be limited to posting in the Beginners forum. Once you make just one post there, you'll become a full-fledged member, and you can post wherever (and almost whatever) you want.

It was my last stock, too. Yeah, I did it on my unlocking match against Mr. Game & Watch. I was mad at Sonic for a while after that, but now that I've gotten to play as him a bit more, he's one of the characters I'm trying to improve on to use as a substitute character (alongside Snake, Ice Climbers, King Dedede, Lucas/Ness, and Zelda)

Ninja Pirate Posts: 672 Group: Brawler Member #30 Joined: March 20, 2008	I've also done that in my most recent match. He's hard to control of medium stages and even more so on small stages. Walk-off stages are great for him, though. And as SD pointed out to me (that I also realized), it's hard to KO with him. He's great for racking up damage and dodging attacks, but hard to KO with.

What Mario has in the power department, Sonic has in the speed department. Mario damages faster, but his moves are executed slower, whereas Sonic goes in nice and quick for some fast moving combos. I play them about the same...

But if you can't manage to ever get a grasp of using Sonic well... Then I guess that means... YOU'RE TOO SLOW.

I've found him to actually be quite good. He has decent aerials and if you know what you're doing, he's very deadly.
